Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Payment

Availability:

Every booking is dependent on whether rooms are available at that time. You can't assume a room is guaranteed until the hotel confirms it.

Identification:

At check-in, you must show a valid government-issued photo ID (like a passport, driver's license, or Aadhaar card) for verification.

Advance Payment/Deposit:

Some reservations may need a deposit or full advance payment before arrival to secure the booking.

Full Payment:

The full amount for your stay must be paid when you check in.

Extra Charges:

Any additional costs (like room service, food, minibar, damages, etc.) that occur during your stay must be paid at checkout.

Group Bookings:

If you are booking for a large group or a special event, separate terms and conditions may apply, possibly with different payment or cancellation policies.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In Time:

You can check in starting from 2:00 PM. If you want to check in earlier, it depends on availability, and you may have to pay extra.

Check-Out Time:

You must check out by 12:00 PM (noon). A late check-out is only possible if the hotel allows it, and it may cost extra.

Identification Requirement:

If you don't have proper identification or payment proof, the hotel can refuse to let you check in.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations:

You must cancel at least 2 days before your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

If you cancel late or don't show up without notice, the hotel will charge you (usually for one night's stay or more, depending on policy).

4. Occupancy Policy

Room Capacity:

The number of guests staying in a room cannot exceed the limit set when you booked it.

Extra Bedding/Guests:

If you need extra beds or have additional guests, the hotel might charge you extra.

5. Pets

No Pets Allowed:

Guests cannot bring pets into the hotel or rooms under any circumstances.

6. Damage and Liability

Guest Responsibility:

If you damage any hotel property (furniture, fixtures, etc.), you'll have to pay for the repair or replacement.

Hotel Rights:

The hotel can charge you for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning if needed.

Loss or Theft:

The hotel is not responsible if your personal belongings are lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay. It's your responsibility to secure your valuables.

7. Facilities and Services

Availability:

Facilities like pools, gyms, restaurants, etc., depend on operating hours and availability.

Advance Reservations/Charges:

Some facilities (like spa services or event halls) might need prior booking or have extra fees.

Modifications or Suspension:

The hotel can temporarily close or modify facilities (e.g., pool maintenance) without prior notice.

8. Safety and Security

Guest Responsibilities:

You must follow all safety rules, fire regulations, and emergency procedures during your stay.

Surveillance:

Security cameras may be used in public areas (like lobbies or hallways) to ensure safety and property protection.

9. Governing Law

Legal Compliance:

All guests must follow applicable local, state, and central government laws during their stay at the hotel.

10. Agreement

Acknowledgement:

By signing the reservation or registration form, you confirm that you understand and agree to all hotel rules, policies, and the above terms and conditions.
